This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career while ensuring excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced automotive environment. **What We Offer**: - Compensation: This is a Salary + Bonus position. Estimated Total Annual Earnings are $62,000 to $130,000 - Salary ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 annually, and the estimated annual Bonus ranges from $12,000 - 75,000 annually (Bonus range is based upon performance). - Salary with performance-based bonus opportunities - Benefits package and professional development support - Ongoing training, mentorship, and management support - Opportunities for career growth and advancement within Plaza Auto Group - Community Involvement: Take part in initiatives that give back to our local communities - Positive Work Culture: Join a dynamic, energetic, and supportive team environment that celebrates excellence **_As a Sales Manager at Plaza Kia of Richmond Hill your duties would include:_**- Desking deals - Follow-up of non-sold customers - Managing leads - Sales activity reports - Inventory audits - Appraising and pricing trade-ins and other used vehicles - Manage the merchandising process - Online Showroom management - Training and development of sales staff - Championing the Customer Satisfaction Process - Overseeing the Pre-Owned and New Sales department processes Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned. - A strong desking process. - Consistent training program - Proven results in customer satisfaction. - Ability to close - Strong math skills - High energy - Positive attitude - OMVIC License required - Valid "G" Drivers License required - Three (3) years ++ experience in the field of automotive sales - F&I Experience - PBS knowledge is an asset
