- Operate main switchboard by providing telephone answering services, determine purpose of calls and inquiries, and connect phone calls to appropriate persons
- Responsible for stocking vehicles into CRM software, completing dealer trades, receiving and receipting deposits from customers
- Participate in events both on site and off site.
