o Opening and closing of store
- Renting out U-Haul Trucks
- Parking trucks at the right parking spot
- Maintaining U-Haul inventory
- Calling customers regarding U-Haul reservations
- Booking reservations over the phone
- Maintaining cash report for U-Haul
- Calling Hold for pickup freight for cold shot
- Creating orders for cold shot and selling bus tickets.
- Making list of the things which needs to order for U-Haul (boxes, tape, mattress bag etc.)
- Keeping track of all the transactions for U-Haul rentals and sales order for U-Haul
- Interact with our guests in a friendly, fast, courteous and efficient manner
- Attention to detail in order to promote positive customer interactions
- Hear and sense customer needs and keep your manager and fellow team members informed
- Complete training and maintain knowledge by participating in on-line and hands on educational and training opportunities
- Report every damage/change/update on the U-Haul vehicle
- Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform it with energy and enthusiasm
- Be a strong team player, with a commitment to continuous learning who provides high quality service to our customers
- Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul Center with U-Haul products & services
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
- Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels
- Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
- Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental

30 hours/week

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
