**Job Title: U-Haul Representative / Customer Service Associate**

**Location**: Sherwood Park
**Schedule**: 30-40 hours/week

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **U-Haul Representative**. This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our U-Haul services, as well as supporting Cold Shot customers. You will be responsible for assisting with rentals, maintaining inventory, and delivering excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Open and close the U-Haul store.
- Rent out U-Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring proper documentation.
- Park and position trucks in designated spots.
- Maintain U-Haul inventory and place orders for supplies (boxes, tape, mattress bags, etc.).
- Call customers regarding reservations and book rentals over the phone.
- Keep accurate cash reports and maintain transaction records.
- Assist with Cold Shot operations including:

- Calling “hold for pickup” freight customers.
- Creating orders and selling bus tickets.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, fast, and professional manner.
- Report all damages, updates, or changes related to U-Haul vehicles.
- Clean, inspect, and check fluid levels on rental equipment.
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
- Answer customer questions and provide education on U-Haul products & services.
- Prepare invoices and process returned equipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as moving and inspecting vehicles.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills (U-Scan technology will be used).
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training (online and hands-on).
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to providing high-quality service.

**Schedule & Hours**:

- 30-40 hours per week.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as needed.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
