**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a working supervisor, actively involved in day-to-day lounge operations.
- Lead and support the lounge staff during evening shifts, ensuring a high level of service.
- Manage customer interactions and feedback to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Oversee inventory, restocking, and vendor coordination, maintaining optimal levels.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inviting atmosphere.
- Assume late-duty management responsibilities, addressing any issues that may arise during evening shifts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am.
- Exceptional customer service focus with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Knowledge of beverage and food service operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
