As our next **Production Supervisor - Dryer**, you’ll guide a dedicated team through the daily rhythm of dairy processing — ensuring every shift runs smoothly, safely, and with purpose. Shifts run Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover night shifts when needed.

**What You’ll Do**

**Drive Daily Success**
- Guide daily production activities to meet targets and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Allocate labor and resources to keep operations efficient and responsive.

**Support the Team**
- Supervise and coach operators with clear expectations, regular feedback, and skill-building opportunities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.

**Protect the Product**
- Ensure strict adherence to CFIA, HACCP, SQF, and internal food safety protocols.
- Support with investigations and corrective actions with urgency and precision.

**Champion Safety**
- Enforce health and safety procedures, conduct inspections, and lead incident reviews with care and clarity.

**Drive Better Ways**
- Spot inefficiencies and lead improvements — from reducing downtime to implementing new tech and processes.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Post-secondary education in Food Science, Operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years in food manufacturing, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role (dairy preferred).
- Strong grasp of dairy processes like pasteurization and batching.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP) and Excel.
- A mindset for problem-solving, accountability, and clear communication.
- Bonus: Experience with SPC tools or Lean/Kaizen initiatives.
