**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Appointment Coordination**: Schedule and manage appointments for various healthcare practitioners using clinic software.
- **Billing and Payments**: Process payments, issue receipts, and manage insurance claims and billing inquiries.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain and update client records, ensure forms are completed, and assist with filing and documentation.
- **Clinic Operations**: Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- **Communication**: Liaise between clients and practitioners to ensure seamless communication and resolve any concerns.
**Full-time Shifts include alternate Saturdays**
**Part-time Shifts Required**:
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday - 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- Saturday - 9 am to 2 pm
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience as an office administrator in a physiotherapy or similar
- Reliable
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for health and wellness is highly desirable.
