**_ The Position -_**

An opportunity currently exists for a **Quality Turnover Coordinator,** with a competitive hourly rate and benefits (after a probationary period). This is an in office position is based in Nisku, Alberta.

A minimum of two (2) years of similar experience; ideally within a Structural Steel environment
- Excellent computer skills - specifically with Word, Excel and Bluebeam
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working independently and handling high volume work demands
- Experience in reading and interpreting Material Test Records (MTRs)
- Ability to multitask on various projects at the same time and manage the priorities
- Should be extremely professional, reliable and organized
- Ability to maintain a good working relationship across all levels

**_ Job Description -_**
- Coordinate and manage the preparation of turnover documentation packages for client handover.
- Track, compile, and verify quality records, inspection reports, test results, and certifications.
- Liaise with construction, engineering, and quality teams to ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain and update turnover tracking systems, ensuring real-time visibility of progress.
- Review and validate that all quality requirements and contractual obligations are met before turnover.
- Support audits and inspections by providing accurate, organized documentation.
