**Leasing Agent Role**

The Leasing Agent role at Qterra Property Management is a dynamic, self sustaining, and fast moving position.

As a leasing agent you will be responsible for showing prospective tenants Qterra’s properties in the Durham Region from Pickering to Bowmanville.

Customer service is one the most important characteristics in this role, how you make the prospective tenant feel will play a big role in your success.

We have made it easier than ever for the leasing agents to succeed, our backend leasing department will take care of all the paperwork associated with regards to writing offers, reviewing documents, and closing deals.

As a leasing agent your responsibilities will include the following:

- Showing prospective tenants properties
- Conduct Move In Assessments
- Taking phots and virtual tours (rare)
- Being the main point of contact and Updating property owners
- Following up with tenants
- Key collection and distribution

Compensation:

- 10-20% quarterly bonuses by achieving targets
- Company Provided Gas card
- Company Iphone
- Base salary
- Commission on Leased Properties

Pay: $4,000.00-$7,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
