Manitoba Hydro is looking for a highly motivated person to be part of a team that partners with stakeholders across Manitoba Hydro
to manage the mobile device strategy across the corporation.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- As a member of the Infrastructure & Operations team, in the Information Technology division, you will be responsible for

owning the mobile device strategy across the Manitoba Hydro organization.
- The Mobile Device Specialist will be responsible for managing a cost-effective mobile asset lifecycle.
- You will bring expertise in mobile device management (MDM) technology and MDM platforms to the Infrastructure &
- Operations team.- You will report directly to the IT Asset Management Lead and will work closely with other IT Asset Management professionals

to play a key role in ensuring the mobile strategy is aligned to business needs, with a focus on usability, security, scalability,
and cost.
- The successful individual will have proven capability to drive initiatives, collaborate with others, understand business

challenges, and develop distinctive and innovative mobile solutions.
**_ Qualifications:_**
- A four-year degree in computer science, information systems, or related field from an institute of recognized standing in an

applicable discipline plus five years of related IT experience.
OR
- A two-year diploma from an institute of recognized standing plus seven years of IT related experience.
- Experience with implementing or supporting MDM packaged software solutions (e.g., Workspace One, Intune) is a must have.
- Expertise in MDM systems architecture and administration.
- Experience with both Android and iOS devices is preferred.
- Understanding of IT operating processes used for MDM systems is required.
- ITIL Foundations certification and additional ITIL training/certifications are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead multiple projects or activities with competing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively with a broad network of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**_ Salary Range_**

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $44.82-$61.88 Hourly,
