**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct swim lessons for individuals and groups of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
- Educate students on water safety practices and the importance of swimming skills.
- Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their techniques.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in and around the pool area.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required to enhance teaching methods and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a swim instructor or similar role is preferred.
- Applicants **must have**a valid National lifeguard certification and standard first aid
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate diverse groups of individuals.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching others how to swim safely.

Current hours available Saturday & Sunday 1:00pm - 5:30pm, additional hours can be discussed.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
