**Your future role**

We’ll look to you for:

- Financial Partnership: Act as a dedicated finance partner to Project Managers and support project functions throughout the project lifecycle.,
- Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with project teams to prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports in line with Alstom's standards.,
- Cross-Department Coordination: Lead regular meetings with departments like Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to generate accurate project financial information.,
- Cost Management: Document and monitor project cost commitments, ensuring the accuracy of actuals and cost-to-completion estimates on a monthly basis.,
- Cash Management: Manage customer invoicing, VAT, receivables, payment control, and cash flow, coordinating with treasury for hedging activities and bond sureties.,
- Balance Sheet Oversight: Manage contract-related balance sheet items, including inventory, advance payments, receivables, and warranty provisions.,
- Budget Management: Maintain budget and forecast figures, analyze variances, and provide commentary on Sales POC, Margin, Free Cash Flow, Risks & Opportunities, and Contingencies.,
- Process Compliance: Implement robust financial processes and internal controls, ensuring compliance with Delegation of Authority (DoA).,
- Management Reporting: Provide reliable financial data for management decision-making and contribute to ad-hoc reporting on projects.,
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Embrace Alstom’s commitment to continuous improvement and learning in all aspects of the finance function.

Nous recherchons un **Finance Project Manager** compétent pour superviser un portefeuille de projets sur notre site de Saint-Bruno. Ce rôle essentiel est idéal pour une personne qui s'épanouit dans un environnement collaboratif et qui s'engage à fournir une supervision financière exceptionnelle.

**Vos Responsabilités**:

- **Partenariat Financier**: Apporter un soutien aux Project Managers et aux autres fonctions de projet, en agissant comme un partenaire financier dédié tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
- **Reporting et Analyse**: Collaborer avec les équipes de projet pour préparer des rapports complets pour les revues mensuelles des projets financiers conformément aux normes d'Alstom.
