INNOOVA is a dynamic and innovative company actively seeking an experienced Project Control Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:
The PCO is often responsible for coordinating various aspects of a project, ensuring that all team members are on the same page and that tasks are progressing as planned.

Typical activities performed by a PCO are:

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining and updating project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk registers. They may also be responsible for creating and distributing regular project/program reports to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identifying and assessing risks associated with the project or program and helping to develop strategies for mitigating those risks.
- Financial Management: Monitoring and tracking project or program budgets, expenses, and financial performance. This may involve working with finance and accounting teams.
- Resource Management: Coordinating and managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project or program deliverables meet the specified quality standards and that quality control processes are in place.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating communication among project stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and other relevant parties. This may involve

organizing meetings and reporting progress.
- Change Management: Assisting in the management of changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget and ensuring that changes are properly documented and approved.
- Issue Resolution: Identifying and addressing issues that may arise during the project or program, working with the project manager and team to find solutions.
- Compliance: Ensuring that the project or program complies with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the project or program team, which may include organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling various logístical tasks.
- Document Control: Managing project or program documentation, including version control, archiving, and ensuring that the most current documents are available to the team.
- Performance Measurement: Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project or program progress and success.
- Lessons Learned: Capturing and documenting lessons learned from the project or program to improve future endeavors.

We understand the responsibilities of a PCO can vary depending on the organization, the size and complexity of the project or program, and the industry.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in developing and updating project resources and planning tools, such as project plans, scope, progress updates, resource plans, risk plans, and corresponding mitigation measures.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and task prioritization abilities.
- Leadership skills to empower and focus on the project team on deployment goals.
- Solid project management experience in a professional services environment.
- Successfully deliver projects within the defined budget in the statement of work.

**Education and Certifications**:
Bachelors degree in finance, computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
