POSITION OVERVIEW

BDC is looking for a Project Control Officer (PCO) to support the EPMO department. In this role, the Officer will monitor and coordinate all project plans by determining potential budget, resource, timing and workload issues with project managers. CHALLENGES TO BE MET

As an expert, you will be in the best position for an overview of the project portfolio You will be asked to work and contribute at all stages, including the following:
- Monitor and coordinate all project plans while taking the initiative to determine clear conflicts in each plan to find a solution;- Check that interdependencies within and between schedules are correctly established, and monitor WIP units and tasks;- To maximize resource allocation and with a view to managing capacity, create, update and maintain a global plan with the participation of all team leads and project managers so that management has an overview of all projects in progress;- Coordinate report production so as to monitor and foresee all project expenses (invoice management);- Verify any unforeseen deviation with project managers by making sure that the justification is duly documented in accordance with project management methodology;- Make sure the administrative and logístical part is consistent for all progress meetings, project launches and closures.

- Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or computer science, combined with a certification in project management?- Do you have three years’ experience in a similar role?- Have you unlocked all the secrets of Excel?
