CARMA ensures first-rate customer care, regulatory compliance, quality control, financial tracking and accountability.

We are looking to add full time **Logistics Coordinator **to our Lindsay team.

**Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities**
- Ensure accuracy of labels on all products (Job numbers, serial/test numbers and item numbers);
- Review wiring charts/configurations with the corresponding serial numbers of CTs and PTs on EMP for accuracy;
- Assemble orders, as per Purchase Order travelers; carefully review for incomplete equipment;
- Package product, as per procedure, to prevent damage (including static damage) during transit;
- Review and follow-up on orders for accuracy and completion;
- Accurately create shipping forms/packing slips created in SAGE.
- Coordinate courier pickups, review shipping labels for valid and correct ship to information to ensure equipment is delivered on time to the correct location;
- Comply with guidelines set out for proper handling procedures while within the designated anti-static board assembly areas;
- Provide supplementary or backup coverage for assembly and/or wiring of equipment;
- Interact with others in a professional manner;
- Attention to detail is very important e.g. Record Keeping & Equipment Quality Assurance must be accurate;
- Willingness to learn and offer suggestions for improvement is encouraged.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- Excellent reasoning and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in basic math
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail is essential
- Team player
- Received OSSD

**Work environment**
- Warehouse
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
