Position Summary The Supply Chain Coordinator serves as the central link between procurement, inventory control, logistics, and order fulfillment, ensuring that materials and products move efficiently through the organization. This role is critical for supporting operational accuracy, cost control, and timely delivery, which directly impacts customer satisfaction and overall business performance. By coordinating activities across multiple departments, monitoring data integrity, and driving process improvements, the Supply Chain Coordinator helps prevent delays, reduce risks, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Embody and promote company’s core values (Integrity, Growth and Resilience). Perform cycle counts, monitor FIFO/FEFO compliance, track lot numbers and shelf‑life, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, maintain safety stock levels, update records in real time. Manage purchase orders in ERP system, negotiate with suppliers, maintain vendor relationships, monitor supplier performance, implement cost optimization strategies. Schedule transportation, prepare BOLs, process ASNs, process customs documentation for imports/exports, ensure compliance with Incoterms and CUSMA, liaise with carriers and brokers, resolve shipping issues. Manage customer orders, validate EDI orders, coordinate with production and warehouse teams, track fulfillment progress and communicate updates, ensure proper documentation. Enter and update master data; troubleshoot issues; assist with system enhancements; manage purchasing, order entry, and inventory control workflows; support continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze lead times, fulfillment rates, and inventory performance; generate operational reports and dashboards; identify trends and recommend process improvements; present insights and support strategic planning. Create and manage with advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.); prepare reports and presentations with PowerPoint and Word; communicate via Outlook and Teams; organize and share documents via SharePoint. Minimum 5 years experience with supply chain management. Proficient with ERP systems (Business Central). Proficient with MS 365. Flexibility of working hours when necessary.
