**Job Title: 3PL Logistics Coordinator**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate logistics operations for multiple 3PL customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for services rendered.
- Manage inventory levels, order processing, and transportation management, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently.
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track shipments and optimize routes for cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and CMMS to track inventory and logistics activities.
- Perform demand planning and inventory forecasting to anticipate customer needs and adjust orders accordingly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any logístical issues, ensuring smooth communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Generate reports for 3PL customer portfolios, providing insights and updates to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with logistics software, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, AS400, TMS, and WMS systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Ability to manage complex customer portfolios and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers, internal teams, and external logistics partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
