Shift: Monday - Friday, 1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm EST (overtime required as needed)

**Essential Duties**:
- Responsible for performing tasks involved in traffic logistics management, including data entry, invoicing, product distribution and inventory control and requisitions.
- Interface with vendors to ensure timely shipment to the customers.
- Troubleshooting breaks and/or inefficiencies in distribution.
- Provide services that guarantee timely and accurate delivery of goods manufactured by third parties inside or outside the organization.
- Schedule and coordinate shipments to meet internal and external customer requirements.
- Make calls to customers, vendors, and transportation services to arrange logistics in timely manner.
- Ensure correct Customs documentation for incoming and outgoing loads.
- Submit reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ensures that all rules / policies stated within the Employee Handbook, the Company Safety Programs and, any federal or state guidelines / laws are being adhered to within the work cell.
- Communicates to other Team Leaders and the Production Manager when Policy violations are noticed within own work cell or other work areas of the facility.
- Reports infractions to the Production Manager.
- Participates in any required disciplinary action.
- Establish an ongoing culture of cleanliness and order within the workstation/cell.
- Promote and sustain management programs designed to continuously improve internal processes.
- General administrative duties.
- All other duties assigned as required.

**Education/Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years experience working in logistics and/or supply chain management.

- Good to excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
- Must be extremely proactive, organized and deadline oriented.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively.

- Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills.
