Portfolio Condominium Property Manager

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Full-time - hybrid work
- Experience in residential property management.
- Responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of 304 units
- CMRAO Limited License required at a minimum
- Provide strong leadership and management direction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of various legislations, including the Condominium Management Services Act (CMSA)
- Strong orientation towards customer service
- Skilled in organizing and supervising multiple simultaneous service requests.
- Clear and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with Yardi preferred, strong skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong skills in contract management and trade supervision
- Excellent at planning and organizing with the ability to meet deadlines proficiently.
- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity.
- Reliable vehicle required.
**Responsibilities of the Condominium Property Manager**:
- Financial Management:_
- Manage operating budget: determine, dispense, monitor, and manage monthly spending
- Prepare budgets
- Review financial statements for accuracy and complete variance reports
- Collect common element fees and arrears; file for pre-liens and liens with the corporate solicitor as required
- Procurement and Contractor Management:_
- Issue purchase orders and manage/direct contractors
- Supervise all contractors or service providers
- Client and Management Reporting:_
- Work closely with clients/board and provide required reports and timely responses
- Report daily, weekly, and monthly to supervisor; attend conference calls and meetings
- Meeting Attendance:_
- Attend various meetings during and after regular business hours (e.g., property manager meetings, owner meetings, board meetings)
- Property Inspections_:
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Complete and submit full property inspection reports monthly to supervisor
- Emergency Response:_
- Respond to after-hours and weekend emergency calls
- Standards and Conduct:_
- Conduct business with the highest standards
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities
- Special Projects and Duties:_
- Perform a range of special projects, tasks, and other related duties as assigned

This position will require regular site visits.
Office requirement: working remotely/hybrid.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
