**Position Description**: This role is responsible for managing multiple interrelated projects as part of a coordinated program. The Program Manager ensures that all initiatives align with business outcomes, promote the adoption of standardized processes, and optimize resource allocation across teams. Additionally, this individual serves as a change agent, helping to embed PMO (Project Management Office) practices throughout engineering and operations functions. **Key Responsibilities**: - Coordinates and oversees program-level plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution. - Responsible for identifying and managing dependencies across multiple projects within the program. - Leads governance reviews to monitor progress, ensure accountability, and support decision-making. - Actively engages stakeholders to align program outcomes with business goals and to drive adoption of PMO processes across the organization. **Required Education & Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - PMP preferred (or other applicable framework). - 8+ years of project/program management experience. - Strong leadership and organizational change skills. - Experience in manufacturing or technical environments preferred.
