We are currently seeking a **Full-Time Clinic Assessment Coordinator/Administrator **to join our team at our **Brampton **clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out administrative activities of a multi-disciplinary clinic for MVA, EHC and WSIB patients using Universal software
- Carry out new MVA patient intakes in preparation for the Chiropractor or Physiotherapist to assess
- Perform tasks related to assessment recommendations and their correspondences for MVA patients, such as, psychological, neurological, chronic pain, etc.
- Preparing and completing OCF-18s for assessment recommendations
- Correspond with various parties, including, insurance adjusters and legal representatives

**Essential Requirements and Skills**:

- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Dedicated, enthusiastic and great interpersonal skills
- Self-motivator with a proven track record of high performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to handle confidential information
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience utilizing Universal software is an asset
