We are seeking a **Yard Associate Lead hand **to work Sundays and evening shifts leading our team of student yard associates in the daily processes of efficient yard operations in our **Tillsonburg** location. This position operates Sunday 9-5 and Monday - Thursday 11am-8pm Job responsibilities are as follows but not limited to: - Work with customers to gather their purchased material. - Coordinate with the Yard Supervisor the activities for the students - Manage staff and production - focusing on time efficiencies - Prepare orders to be delivered - Delivering material to customer locations in a safe, friendly and efficient manner - Unload trucks and put the material in there homes, garages etc. - Use strong planning and organizing skills to keep the yard clean and organized - Ensure physical inventory is accurate, performing random product cycle counts - as requested by the yard manager - Drive forklift to load/ unload material. - Working outside in all elements. **Job requirements**: - Able to work Weekends - Experience in leading small groups of people. - Valid G or G2 class Drivers license - Able to carry sheet goods and lift 80lbs - Able to operate a forklift - or confidant enough to learn to operate. - A positive "can do" attitude. - Previous inventory organization experience is an asset. - Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - Paid time off - Store discount - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Evening shift - Every Weekend - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Overtime pay **Experience**: - leadership: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Class G Licence (required) Work Location: In person
