As a team member working on site, you have an opportunity to collaborate with and continuously learn from the very best professionals in the iGaming industry. **Purpose**: We are seeking a Platinum Community Specialist to join our GGPlatinum Team, reporting to our Head of GGTeam & GGPlatinum. The Platinum Community Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive community experience for GG Platinum members, both online and offline. This position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse community of players and contribute to the success of GG Platinum events worldwide. **Duties and Responsibilities**: Monitor and Respond to Community Interactions: - Regularly monitor the GG Platinum Discord Channel to engage with community members, answer questions, and address concerns. - Provide timely responses to inquiries received through the Platinum Mailbox, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Event Support: - Attend approximately 2 to 4 events per year, including a full 8 weeks at the WSOP in Las Vegas. - Serve as an onsite representative to interact with customers, address their questions and concerns, and provide assistance with various tasks. - Handle player issues on-site, including but not limited to tournament registration and hotel booking, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. - Support the wider team with event-related activities such as player parties and partner gatherings. **Requirements**: - Fluent/native level English language skills (speaking, reading, & writing). - Excellent communication skills with fluent English, able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. - A passion for being a strong online voice, advocating for the community's needs and concerns. - Deep knowledge of social media platforms and community forums, with the ability to navigate and engage effectively. - At least two (2) years' experience in the field of online gaming, demonstrating a solid understanding of gaming culture and trends. - Any responsible gaming experience would be a bonus, showcasing a commitment to promoting healthy gaming practices. - Flexibility, versatility, and the ability to adapt to the evolving demands of the business environment. - Attention to detail is greatly required to ensure accuracy and precision in communication and task execution. - Strong prioritization and good decision-making skills, capable of managing a high volume of tasks efficiently. - Good relationship-building skills, fostering connections with community members and stakeholders. - Compassion is essential to this role, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards community members' needs and concerns. **What We Like You to Have**: - A passion for online gaming, including poker and other casino games (or at the very least be interested to learn about them) and knowledge of the online gaming industry - Integrity: Being dependable and following through on commitments.
