We are looking for someone who possesses an eye for detail, is not afraid of physically demanding tasks, and values safety as your number one priority. Our facility operates 24/7, so being flexible and adaptive with an open schedule is vital.

**Job Title: Part-Time Sanitation Worker**

**Location: 144 Viceroy Road, Concord L4K 2L8**

**Shift Timing: Friday night (11:30 pm - 8:00 am) and Saturday morning (4:00 am - 12:30 pm)**

**Wage: Starting rate-$21.07/Hour, after 6 months-$21.57/Hour and after 12 months
- $23.52/Hour**

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS**:

- Responsible for completing tasks assigned from master sanitation program for the facility and for special assignments as determined by the Sanitation Supervisor.
- Help enforce requirements and procedures as instructed by the Sanitation Supervisor
- Active participant in and contributor to continuous improvement initiatives and/or projects. Understand, and experience preparing and effectively utilizing general sanitation chemicals (Safety Handling, Applications, Dilutions), and equipment cleaning requirements on all lines and general housekeeping
- Ensure all required documentation is completed on timely basis and is accurate
- Utilize and maintain in-house sanitation cleaning equipment (including Foamers, Power washers, Vacuums, Sanitizers, and floor Scrubbers
- Required (forklift and skyjack certifications)
- Understand, follow and maintain WHMIS procedures and regulations as required
- Understand, follow and maintain all sanitation programs and requirements

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong abilities and skills consistent with Grupo Bimbo leadership values
- Working knowledge of baking equipment including flour silos and functions
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP policies and procedures in a food manufacturing facility
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Must have ability to troubleshoot equipment within the production environment
- Strong communication skills, in both verbal and written English

**Physical Requirement**:

- Occasional lifting greater than 50lbs up to 75lbs
- Frequent exertion up to 35lbs of force
- Frequent bending, significant walking, scrubbing above shoulder height, mopping moving objects, pull, push equipment etc.
