General Laborer/maintenance Technician

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Cleaning and transitioning coolant
- Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC system upkeep.
- Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and operational support.
- Execute welding tasks as required for repairs and fabrication projects.
- Interpret schematics to assist in troubleshooting and repairs of equipment.
- Conduct residential painting projects to maintain the aesthetic quality of facilities.
- Supervise and lead small teams during specific projects or maintenance activities.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients or stakeholders on-site.
- Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Assist in manufacturing processes as needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Use tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical systems is advantageous.
- Basic welding skills are a plus for repair tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable for leading project teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential.
- A strong commitment to safety practices and procedures within the workplace.
