General Construction Laborer

**What we are looking for**:

- Must have a general understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in English.
- Hard-working and highly detail-oriented individuals.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Laborers meet at our office daily, and company vehicles are provided for site transportation.
- Reliable and eager to learn new skills.
- Capable of handling and distributing construction materials, loading and unloading vehicles with supplies and equipment, and clearing debris from work sites.
- Ability to perform various construction tasks using landscaping and power tools (e.g., compaction jumping jacks, cut saws, air compressors, tampers, etc.).
- Responsible for transporting materials across the site to assist co-workers.
- Adherence to equipment maintenance schedules and reporting any necessary repairs.
- Experience in fencing, roofing, and waterproofing is considered a valuable asset.
- Tasks include re-sodding areas that have been excavated, including the placement of sod, grass seed, and topsoil.
- Ability to excavate, backfill, and compact earth using shovels and rakes.
- Prior experience is beneficial, but we are committed to providing comprehensive training to all new hires.

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
