**TECHNICIEN D’AJUSTEMENT DE VÊTEMENT**
**L'OPPORTUNITE**
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Technicien en ajustement qualifié qui possède la connaissance de l'industrie des vêtements pour se joindre à notre équipe. Le technicien en ajustement sera responsable de fournir une expertise technique afin de finaliser les modèles et la faisabilité du style pour les usines et qui sera responsable de l'ajustement des échantillons et des approbations de mesure.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Certifier que tous les vêtements sont de la bonne coupe, de l'apparence, du style et de la qualité
- Garantir des normes de qualité élevées conformes aux normes de l'entreprise
- Créer et maintenir des blocs et des normes d'ajustement pour chaque produit afin d'assurer la cohérence de l'ajustement
- Procéder à la mesure et à l'ajustement des échantillons pour garantir que l'ajustement souhaité est toujours atteint
- Fournir des commentaires appropriés aux fournisseurs dans un manoir clair, descriptif et opportun
- Produire des croquis d'ajustement pour aider le fournisseur à corriger les problèmes d'ajustement
- Corriger le modèle de fournisseur si nécessaire
- Communication quotidienne et suivi avec les fournisseurs et l'équipe interne tout au long du processus de production pour s'assurer que les délais de production sont respectés
**COMPÉTENCES**
- 3+ années d'expérience dans l'industrie du vêtement
- Expérience avec les vêtements pour enfants
- Maîtrise des logiciels : Illustrator/Excel/Suite Office
- Des connaissances en modélisme sont un atout, PAD System (un atout)
- Expérience dans les vêtements pour enfants et bébés (un atout)
- Expérience de travail avec un système PLM (un atout)
- Expérience et solide connaissance des procédures d'ajustement et de classement
- Minutieux, soucieux du détail
- Capable de travailler aussi bien en équipe que seul
- Solides compétences en gestion du temps et en résolution de problèmes

- **FIT TECHNICIAN**
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are currently looking for a qualified Fit Technician who has the knowledge of the fashion industry to join our team. The Fit Technician will be responsible for providing technical expertise in order to finalize patterns and style feasibility for the factories, and who will be responsible for sample fitting and measurement approvals.
**RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Certify that all garments are of the correct fit, look, style and quality
- Ensure high quality standards that are in line with company standards
- Create and maintain blocks and fit standards for each commodity to ensure consistency in fit
- Proceed with measurement and fitting of samples to guarantee the desired fit is consistently achieved
- Provide fit comments to vendors in a clear, descriptive and timely manor
- Produce fit sketches to assist the vendor in correcting fit issues
- Correct vendor pattern when needed
- Daily communication and follow-up with vendors and internal team throughout the production process to ensure production deadline are met
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3+ years of experience in the apparel industry
- Experience with children’s apparel
- Proficiency in software: Illustrator/Excel/Office Suite
- Knowledge in pattern making is an asset, PAD System (an asset)
- Experience working with a PLM system (an asset)
- Experience and solid knowledge with fitting procedures and grading
- Meticulous, detail-oriented
- Able to work in a team as well as individually
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
