**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement coaching strategies and training programs.
- Mentor and guide players to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to enhance the overall program.
- Participate in player evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to a positive and competitive training environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in basketball coaching or training.
- Strong understanding of basketball techniques, tactics, and player development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young athletes.
- Relevant coaching certifications and/or playing experience preferred.
