**What You'll Do**:

- ** Lead crews on-site**, guiding sewer and watermain projects from start to finish.
- ** Coordinate tasks** and manage daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.
- ** Inspect and monitor** job sites regularly to maintain safety, address challenges, and ensure deadlines are met.
- ** Work closely** with project managers and estimators to identify and resolve any deficiencies during the project.
- ** Train and mentor** your crew, ensuring continuous improvement and skill development.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least **5 years of experience** in sewer and watermain construction, including **2 years in a supervisory role**.
- ** Strong knowledge** of construction practices and safety regulations.
- The ability to **read blueprints and project specifications** with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and **communication skills**, with a focus on motivating teams.
- ** Problem-solving skills** to tackle on-site challenges effectively.
- A **valid driver’s license** with a clean driving record.
