Product Manager, Infrastructure As a Service

**About the role**

We’re on a mission to become the leading digital infrastructure provider for Canadian small businesses—delivering powerful, reliable, and scalable solutions they can count on. As **Product Manager, Infrastructure as a Service**, you’ll lead the strategy, development, and success of WHC’s core IaaS offerings, including **Hosting, VPS**, **Dedicated Servers**, and **Private Cloud**. You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure products that help Canadians succeed online.

This hybrid role is based out of our Montreal HQ in Little Italy, with flexibility for remote work. On-site presence may be required for key planning or team events.

**What you'll do**
- ** Product Strategy & Roadmap**:Define and evolve the vision, roadmap, and pricing strategy for VPS, Dedicated, and Private Cloud services.
- ** Execution & Delivery**: Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to build, launch, and iterate on infrastructure products and features.
- ** Product Pricing Strategy**: Define and evolve pricing models to ensure market competitiveness, customer value alignment, and contribution to business targets.
- ** Vendor & Partner Management**: Oversee key infrastructure vendor relationships to maintain service reliability, negotiate favorable terms, and align external capabilities with product goals.
- ** Lifecycle Management**:Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end—from initial ideation through GTM and post-launch iteration.
- ** Customer Research & Market Insight**: Drive competitive analysis, customer interviews, and usage data review to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
- ** Cross-functional Leadership**:Align teams on product priorities, ensure successful releases, and represent the IaaS portfolio internally and externally.
- ** Product Experimentation**:Own the backlog, write epics and user stories, and define key success metrics. Shape next feature experiments and review bugs impacting performance or customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- You have 7+ years of experiencing building or supporting Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
- You have 3+ years of Product Management experience.
- You’ve worked on VPS, dedicated servers, private or hybrid cloud platforms, and understand the demands of Canadian SMBs.
- You’re analytical, customer-obsessed, and opinionated about infrastructure tech.
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and can translate tech-speak into business value and vice versa.
- You have experience working with cPanel, WordPress and CloudLinux.
- Bilingual (EN/FR) communication skills are a big plus.
- Bonus if you bring:
- Experience with virtualization, containers, or orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with data centers, performance, network architecture, or uptime/redundancy planning.
- A strong handle on pricing models for infrastructure products.
