**New Hire Schedule**:20 hours per week, part-time (from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.).
ESFM is the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group Canada operating in the business & industry sector. Along with providing IFM services to the Canadian Headquarters of several multi-national businesses, ESFM’s list of clients include household names in the Telecommunications, Entertainment, Pharmaceutical, Gas & Oil, Food Processing and Automotive markets.
ESFM self-performs 80% of all IFM solutions provided to clients. This model creates a consistent hospitality experience for our clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees.
**Permanent Part Time Mail Clerk**:
**_Daily Duties _**
- Sort incoming Canada Post and Internal Mail
- Complete mail/courier runs as required
- Pickup, sort and ship out Canada Post and Internal mail
- Sort and distribute mail in bags arriving from different province.
- Log and deliver incoming courier packages
- Prepare outgoing courier packages for shipment via various courier companies.
- Log in phone, computer and respond to messages.
- Ensure courier drivers sign in and out when they enter and leave the building.
- Assist courier with inquiry for delivery to clients.
- Pick up and deliver Iron Mountain
- Other duties as assigned.

Prerequisites_**
- Completion of Secondary School or equivalent.
- Computer and Software skills.
- Customer Service skills.
- Operate pump truck and mail cart.
- Health and Safety training.
