The Manager, Omnichannel Analytics is a key position in the Data & Analytics Centre (DAC) with responsibility for designing automated, scalable and insight-driven digital solutions that deliver superior customer engagement, anticipate customers' needs and drive meaningful business insights. This individual will design and execute analytical products, reports and dashboards to answer key business questions for relevant stakeholders, such as the Patient Value Teams (PVTs). This role will impact several key enterprise initiatives including but not limited to omnichannel sales and marketing optimization, Janssen Dynamic Score and Project COMET.
The Manager, Omnichannel Analytics will collaborate closely with other DAC team members and cross functional partners to ensure alignment between omnichannel analytics initiatives and existing data management practices, procedures and operational processes. This individual will work with matrixed teams across business and technology supporting multiple therapeutic areas and internal stakeholders across commercial, Market Engagement Excellence and other cross functional partners such as Medical Excellence and IT.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development of omnichannel analytics solutions/tools/dashboards from complex and disparate datasets in collaboration with cross functional business and IT partners.
- Manage the integration and sustained operations of the analytical framework and platforms underlying the new customer engagement approaches through omni-channel customer engagement and digital capabilities.
- Drive the identification and business case development for omnichannel analytics use cases in specific therapies and lead the relevant enterprise-wide scaling of successful pilots.
- Ensure the successful adoption of omnichannel analytics solution, usage and overall satisfaction of stakeholders
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external partners to effectively leverage omnichannel analytical and reporting capabilities
**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate Degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics or Health Sciences. Additional advanced education (Masters, Professional Certifications) is an asset.
- Required Years of Related Experience: Minimum 5 years professional relevant work experience in analytics, digital analytics, data science, digital marketing or other related areas.
- Experience with leveraging and integrating omnichannel field activity data derived from CRM systems such as VEEVA and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data using statistical techniques.
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in leveraging pharma industry syndicated data (IQVIA) and patient support program data
- Experience with data visualization software such as Qlik, Power BI or Tableau is required
- Prior experience in programming languages such as R, Python, SQL or other data science techniques
- Working knowledge of machine learning platforms/environments, as well as predictive technologies, data mining and/or text mining, is an asset
- Experience in data management and warehousing tools; AWS Redshift, DataIKU is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to senior leadership.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to focus on accurate, results-focused work and prioritizing multiple demands.
