Strategic Account Executive

Boss Insights an award winning fintech is looking for a results based Strategic Account Executive with connections in fintech and a track record of closing deals to grow revenue. - 2-5 years fintech (B2B SaaS)
- Startup experience

- Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate unforeseen obstacles professionally
- Demonstration of meeting sales targets

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prospecting fintechs, challenger/neo banks, private lenders and payment companies
- Hunting and closing deals
- Consultative sales: Identify leads, set meetings, present the value proposition and close
- Define, execute, and over-deliver on strategies and tactics to achieve revenue goals
- Track daily sales KPIs through a proper and timely reporting system, and present those KPIs to management on a weekly/monthly basis
- Participate in industry events by attending trade shows/association programs
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

**COMPENSATION**

Pay is commensurate with experience. Base + Commission + Equity

**Job Types**: Internship / Co-op, Full-time

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
