We are a busy office located in Streetsville, Mississauga who is searching for an energetic, positive and well spoken experienced dental receptionist/administrator to join work family.
Dentrix Dental Software, Dental terminology knowledge and/or dental assisting experience is an asset.
You will be expected to be available for work full time hours (7 to 10 hours average per day) during our business hours.
You will play an essential role within the clinic and will be crucial to our success as we aim to deliver 100% patient satisfaction through service and interactions. You will the first point of contact with our patients.
Our Office hours are:
Monday 7:45a to 8:30pm
Tuesday 7:45am to 7:30pm
Wednesday 8:45am to 7:30pm
Thursday 7:45am to 6:30pm
Friday 7:45am to 4:30pm
2 Saturdays a month 8:45am to 1:30pm (required)
We all work well to accommodate each other with schedule requests with notice (ie: work early, work late, day off).
