OK Tire is one of Canada's largest tire retailers with over 270 locations nation wide. We are currently looking to expand our staff, by hiring a new bookkeeper position.

Position Overview:
This position is responsible for ensuring that all financial records are properly managed and accounts are accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data entry.
- Processing payroll.
- Reconciling various accounts.
- Ensuring receivable accounts are accurate.
- Accounts payable.
- Prepare tax returns.
- Other administrative duties as required.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

- 2+ years previous experience bookkeeping.
- Bookkeeping certificate or Business Diploma.
- Experience with bookkeeping in automotive industry is an asset.
- High energy, creative, self-starter who is capable of multi-tasking.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to earn credibility and build strong relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate confidently and clearly.
- Highly organized, attentive to details and strong analytical skills a must.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing high-volume environment.
- Current, valid drivers license.
