We are currently looking to hire a Client Relations Manager for a full time opening in our Mississauga office. The Client Relations Manager is a roofing professional working within the Company’s Client Relations department to coordinate efforts related to our Emergency Service Program. The incumbent of this position must be hands-on, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the operations of the Emergency Service Program for the Company
- Supervise all staff in Emergency Program department; conduct performance reviews, create training plans and assist with hiring practices for the department as required
- Dispatch services calls to contractors and send status update requests (i.e. dispatched, in progress, on hold, etc.)
- Updating FCS (software) system with photographs and descriptions
- Reviewing and preparing invoices for Emergency Service Program dispatches
- Processing PO and invoice requests by creating spreadsheets and sending to client or contractor
- Issuing service reports for ESP dispatches
- Providing emergency service support 24/7/365
- Follow up on client correspondences and requests
- Updating client billing information
- Creating and/or updating Standard Operating Procedures
- Prepare emergency service reports
- Prepare spreadsheets for contractors and property managers
- Coordinate the resolution of any problems identified in the field, including:

- Clarifying details
- Preparing new details for unique conditions
- Coordinating the drafting of new details, if required
- Coordinate with Canada head office regarding Emergency Service Program and associated repair work and inspections
- Prepare condition assessments and analysis reports
- Prepare leak investigation reports, as required
- Assist with business development by identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships and preparing fee proposals
- Assist with contract administration and client management, as required
- Be familiar with national and local client base and IRC proposal formats
- Follow up with contractors and clients regarding outstanding invoices and purchase orders
- Ensure correct billing is processed
- Coordinate input for time billing and job costing
- Provide technical assistance to field technicians and technologists
- Other Duties
- Assist with the compilation of written reports, as required\
- Keep abreast of current trends in the industry to ensure professional development
- General office duties including photocopying, faxing, filing, etc. as required
- Other duties as required by management

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of roofing systems and roofing design
- General construction knowledge
- Any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training, as assessed and approved by senior management
- Extremely detail oriented and organized, with the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills and command of English language, both written and verbal
- Must be available on-call during evenings and weekends periodically to be able to reply to incoming service requests for our Emergency Service Program
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Aptitude in prioritizing and effective decision making
- Superior interpersonal skills and presentation abilities
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to act with business integrity
