Power Dekor North America is the Canadian branch of a world leading innovative manufacturer specialized in the production and distribution of flooring and other building materials. We are currently looking for self starting Professional Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team in the Greater Toronto Area.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Prospecting and lead generation - researching and identifying potential customers and opportunities for new business
- Conducting sales presentations for products or services with potential and existing clients, addressing their questions, challenges and concerns, communicating how you can help them achieve their goals
- Coordinating the involvement of Power Dekor personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations for solution development efforts that best address customer needs
- Establishing and nurturing long-term productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, to ensure customer loyalty and growth, while proactively assessing and communicating customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Negotiating the terms of the sale, including price, delivery, and payment terms while meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by the company while proactively leading a strategic account planning process that develops performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
- Providing after-sales support and following up with customers after a sale to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify opportunities for further business
- Providing territory/industry insights to other departments within company when required/requested
- Representing our brand by attending customer and industry events which may necessitate automobile or air travel, as well as overnight stays
The Professional Sales Representative will be required to be flexible in their schedule and have a willingness to accept customer inquiries that may be directed to them in the evenings, weekends or within normal retail hours.
**Qualifications should include**:
- Demonstrated product knowledge and sales abilities
- Previous outside sales experience, flooring or building materials an asset
- Tremendous people skills, positive personality and attentive listening
- Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns
- Self driven and independent, but also works great with a team
- Strong public speaking skills to present product or services to customers
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office an asset
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctuality and a focus on customer service are essential
**Compensation** includes a base salary plus competitive uncapped commission, as well as;

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
