About the Role

We are seeking a **motivated and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative** to represent our market-leading **plastic surgical supplies** across Canada. What You’ll Do
- **Develop business relationships** with surgeons, surgical centers, and hospitals across your territory.
- **Present and promote** a portfolio of premium-quality surgical products.
- **Own your strategy**: manage your schedule, client base, and sales approach independently.
- **Drive results** with strong earning potential based on performance.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in **medical device, surgical supply, or OR-based sales**.
- Existing **network of surgeon and OR personnel contacts** in Canada (major asset).
- Strong knowledge of **sterile technique, wound closure, and OR practices**.
- Self-starter with the discipline to work independently in the field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

**Preferred Backgrounds**
- Experience with **plastic surgery** or **general surgery supply sales**.
