Product Innovation Manager

Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:
- Proven experience in product management, innovation, or planning roles within the industrial water treatment sector.
- Strong understanding of water treatment technologies, industrial processes, and market dynamics
- Demonstrated strength in engaging directly with customers to identify needs and barriers
- Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration to drive the development of innovative solutions
- Ability to travel up to 25% to global destinations.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS)
- Experience with industrial water treatment process including filtration, UV and ozonation
- Experience developing and communicating strategic product plans with a focus on long-term business growth.
- Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept to completion.
