We are currently seeking **a Mechanical (‘back counter’) Parts Technician** at our **Wolfe Chevrolet GMC Buick Calgary location, operating out of a brand-new building on 101st street SW, as of February 2025**

**What you'll be doing**:

- Assist both customers and technicians with locating, selecting and pricing of required parts, in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Reviews shop estimates to ensure the ordered parts are correct and all pricing aligns with the estimate.
- Pulls and fills orders from stock.
- Maintains inventory as required.
- Notifies the service advisor and the customer when unique ordered parts have been received.
- Notifies the shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered.
- Follows up on back-ordered parts.
- Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates and special-order parts.
- Keeps current on new products and product updates.

**What we're looking for**:

- 5 years parts experience, ideally with GM
- Journey Person Parts Technician or pursuing the designation an asset
