**Job Description**:
IKO Industries Ltd. is offering a one-year contract opportunity for a Parts Technician at our plant in Calgary, AB. The incumbent in this role will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of the manufacturing plant by overseeing various aspects of parts and supplies management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain comprehensive inventories to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Efficiently receive and organize supplies to support manufacturing operations.
- Catalogue parts systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
- Execute procurement activities, including purchasing supplies and parts as needed.
- Maintain meticulous records of inventory, transactions, and supplier information.
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare statements to provide financial support for the manufacturing plant.

Qualifications:

- Preferably possess one year of relevant experience in parts management.
- Proficient in identifying various parts and their specifications.
- Ability to identify and source replacements for parts when necessary.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management practices.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with different departments.
- Capable of producing detailed reports on inventory levels to support decision-making processes.
