**About Us**: Digital Assets Capital is a Toronto-based fintech company reshaping how individuals access private market investments. We build infrastructure for the compliant offering and distribution of fractionalized ownership opportunities in real-world assets.

**What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)**:

- Act as a registered Dealing Representative in full compliance with Ontario securities law.
- Support the entire investor journey, from onboarding and disclosure delivery to overseeing the subscription process.
- Present unique investment opportunities to qualified investors in accordance with exempt market rules.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance advisors to ensure all activities are meticulously documented.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and regulatory compliance in everything you do.

**Who We're Looking For (Qualifications)**:

- Must be registered as a Dealing Representative in Ontario (or eligible for registration via sponsorship).
- Completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).
- Strong understanding of exempt market products, private placements, or fractional investments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
- **Bonus**: A keen interest or experience in real estate, fintech, or digital investment platforms.
