- 3+ years experience as automotive dealership Financial Services Manager
- Self-starter who is driven and thrives in a fast
- paced work environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of F&I practices
- Demonstrated and proven Business Acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results
