**Job Overview**

We’re seeking a dedicated Maintenance and Handyman with at least one year of experience in building maintenance, repairs, and general handyman tasks. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our properties to the highest standards, ensuring timely repairs, and proactively addressing any maintenance issues to guarantee a smooth experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, appliances, and property systems.
- Identify and resolve any maintenance issues to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
- Collaborate with the property management team to respond to maintenance requests promptly.
- Maintain a log of repairs and work completed, including parts used and time spent on tasks.
- Ensure all properties meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Assist in preparing units between guest stays, performing tasks like minor repairs, paint touch-ups, and equipment inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a maintenance or handyman role, ideally within residential or hospitality environments.
- Proficiency in basic repair skills, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings when necessary.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Certifications in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC are a plus.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
