**Location**: Okotoks, AB (in-person preferred)
**Hours**: Part-time (approx.15-20hrs/week, flexible)
**Pay**: $17-$20/hr depending on experience

Overview

We’re _Natura Soylights_ — a Canadian candle and home fragrance company based in Okotoks, AB. For over 20 years, we’ve created hand-poured soy candles and natural lifestyle products using pure, plant-based ingredients.

Duties
- Create and edit short-form video content and photos for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Assist with designing visuals and writing captions or short-form copy
- Support updates to our Shopify website or marketing apps as needed
- Maintain a content calendar to keep marketing projects on track
- Participate in creative brainstorming and seasonal campaign planning
- Take feedback openly and pivot quickly when direction or priorities change

**Requirements**:

- Interest in marketing, communications, or digital media (student or entry-level welcome)
- Some experience with Canva, CapCut, Figama or similar design tools
- Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
- Comfortable learning new apps or tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, social schedulers)
- Organized, dependable, and accountable for completing tasks
- **Coachable, open to feedback, and able to pivot when things change**:

- Bonus: experience with photography, short videos, or managing a social media account
