Inventory Coordinator

Keeping track of inventory and shipping supplies, ensuring that inventory systems are organized, through the assistance of overall inventory management, returns and exchanges and reconciling invoice issues.
**Responsibilities**:
- Comply with inventory control processes to prevent asset loss
- Monitor and adjust Inventory levels
- Review returns, exchanges and service returns and credits
- Coordinate and integrate efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Assist in resolving customer and 3rd party disputes, sometimes working with other internal departments.
- Investigate and reports variances to management
- Take ownership of customer service recovery situations and provide out of the box solutions to solve issues as they arise.
- Contribute to the team’s working environment by adhering to the company’s policies and
procedures
- Other administrative tasks as required
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of administrative, clerical, or related experienced will be considered an asset.

- Previous experience with Business Vision and Fishbowl preferred.
- Effectively manage time, individually prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and follow-up
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as a team player
- Ability to perform within a high-paced environment
- Willing to work overtime when required
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
