**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate the Micros POS system for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Assist with food preparation and serving as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Demonstrate time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling practices.

**Qualifications**
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus, with knowledge of food service operations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous but not mandatory.
