**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, events, and everyday orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right flowers and arrangements.
- Manage cash handling processes accurately during transactions.
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
- Assist with e-commerce operations by updating online product listings and processing orders.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers in English to ensure clarity in orders and services.
- Engage in landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including planting and caring for garden displays.
- Sell additional products such as vases, greeting cards, and other floral accessories.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Cash handling experience is preferred for managing transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus for assisting with online sales.
- A background in sales or retail is beneficial for promoting floral products effectively.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance is an advantage for enhancing outdoor displays.
- A passion for gardening and flowers is essential to thrive in this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
