We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Cannabis Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. Your expertise and passion for the industry will help create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring they have an informative and enjoyable experience.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in navigating the product selection process.
- Educate customers about various cannabis strains, products, and their effects.
- Maintain an organized and clean display of products, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items based on customer preferences.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and local regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide leadership and training to new staff members as needed.
- Utilize computer operation skills to manage files and maintain accurate customer records.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and product displays effectively.
- Proficiency in office software such as Excel for tracking inventory and sales data is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in languages such as Spanish or French.
- Previous experience in retail or a similar role is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating leadership qualities.
- A passion for the cannabis industry and a commitment to ongoing education about products and regulations.
- Valid Cannsell Certificate
- Basic cannabis knowledge
- Reliable and customer focused

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
