Our mission is to cultivate students with the spirit of self-reliance and self-efficacy as we believe "Self-discipline is the center of all success" and to help primary and secondary students from all over the world receive a better education. Now we are looking for full-time English teachers and French teachers to join us. **K12/ESL Instructor**: - Bachelor's degree or above, solid professional knowledge, and relevant educational experience. - Familiar with English teaching of BC curriculum, BC ELL program. - Understanding English literature in elementary and secondary school is preferred. - Proficient in English reading, writing, listening, and speaking. - Available schedule after school and during the weekend. **SSAT/SAT English Instructor**: - Bachelor's degree or above, solid professional knowledge, and experience in English education. - Excellent communication skills appropriate/relevant to test type and students. - Excellent organizational and analytical skills. - Understand and be familiar with the topics by analyzing the SSAT/SAT past paper. - Previous teaching experience and qualifications are considered assets. - Tutor-tailored SSAT/SAT courses based on the student level and needs. - Develop SSAT/SAT Prep Materials if needed. - Have a good team spirit. - Available schedule after school and during the weekend. **English Literature and Writing Instructor**: - Instruct students on interpreting literature and assign books to read. - Teach students about the structure and content of the English language, including proper grammar, spelling, and sentence structure. - Provide constructive feedback and suggestions on student essays/assignments/writing. - Understanding English literature in secondary school is preferred. - Proficient in English reading, writing, listening, and speaking. - Available schedule after school and during the weekend. **Please note**: - Shortlisted applicants for staff positions will be required to provide copies of their most recent evaluation summary. - The interview will be hosted on the Zoom platform. A 5-10 minutes teaching demo will be required during the interview. **Job Details**: - Salary: $22.00-$32.00 per hour. - Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay. - COVID-19 considerations: The interview will be held on Zoom. **Job Type**: - Full-time. - Part-time. **Schedule**: - Monday to Friday. - On call. - Weekend availability. **Qualifications**: - Ability to commute/relocate: Richmond, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred). - Experience: Teaching for 2-3 years (preferred). - Teaching Certificate of Qualification in British Columbia (preferred).
